Tues., March 17 - jog in stroller up hill to Spanish class and back home again - maybe 2.5 miles?
Sun., March 22 - about 11 miles, 1 hr 55 min (including stop lights and asking for directions to my friend's house. 9 miles on the trail to mile 10.5 (+1 to get there and one to get to her house). Beautiful day! Shorts & sport shirt -- cold to start but def. the right way to go. Sunny. So quiet that far out! Didn't even notice the next day that I'd run. Averaging 9:30s
Friday, March 27 - nothing all week long -- very busy. Today down to grocery store & back w/stroller - just about 2 miles.

March 14, 2009
I keep thinking I'll keep track of my running somewhere on paper, but it's not happening. So here is what I can remember of my recent runs:
Today, March 14:
Ran through park to gym (around 20 min), biked 15 min (while reading Edwidge Danticat short story in New Yorker), then jogged 5 miles in 45 min. on treadmill. Ran back home (10 min) and walked up big hill for a total of 1 hr 45 min exercise time (minus a few min with clothes on/off). Chilly, and rainy on the way home!
Wednesday, March 11:
About 4 miles with stroller to pond, park then nature center and back home. Out for over two hours (including lots of looking at snakes, turtles, the owl)
Saturday, March 7:
Almost 12 miles on trail to Great Falls Rd. Right ankle felt a little tender after but not a problem. Got chiro adjustment two days later (long overdue). Warm weather! Left about 12:30 p.m. Ran for 1 hr 55 min
Tuesday, March 3
Something at gym - maybe some biking and 3 miles jogging at decent pace? Can't remember
Saturday, Feb. 28
Ran to gym (12ish min), biked for 15 (?) min, ellipticaled for just a few min and then ran on treadmill for 5 miles in 45 min. Ran home (12ish min)
Saturday, Feb. 21
Ran to EFC, about 9 miles. Hips ache a little after.
(I might have Feb. 21 & 28 reversed and be forgetting something in between).
Today 3/14 I registered for the Parkway Classic in April (10 miles) and the Pacers half-marathon on May 10.
